I found out last month that you could order a smaller, 2 pc lunch instead of the regular, 3-piece. I'm not sure which piec is omitted or the cost but it is better than wasting food if you're not extremely hungry.

Hmm,
We usualy order the chicken lunch at Primetime. It used to be 4 pieces!
DD and I usually split the meal and they bring it on two plates.
Didin't know you could ask for only 2 pieces.

That is great to know. We eat at 50's PTC whenever we are at WDW, and I always order the fried chicken but never finish it. Thanks for the tip!

If you ask for the child's plate, you'll only pay $6.50. You'll get a leg and a wing if you don't order "all white" meat, and you'll get 1 breast if you order "all white" meat. No green beans come with it, just 1 veggie. You could probably sub the green beans for the mashed potatoes that do come with it.
They also do the child's portion on the pot roast meal too.
We do them all the time, because we don't like to waddle when we leave........

Thanks very much, that is good to know. 50s Prime Time Cafe is a favourite of ours and we eat there everytime we are in MGM.
