Kelly M is just a wealth of information, So I decided to go and check out the books in his signature... Wonderful reads..
Then I decided to check to see what our local library had in the way of his books... Not one not two but 10 entries of Kellys books...
I read almost all of one book last night, it was a great funny read.
His books are just so filled with information, that one does not find anywhere else. And my budget mindset was also fulfilled as well..
Keep up the great work Kelly!
Thanks for being such a great addition to the DIS!

I LOVE THEM!!:bounce:
They are informative AND funny. I'm in the process of going back and forth between his and the Unofficial Guide to WDW and the difference is like the difference between the Food Channel and PBS!
The best part is I'm learning so much of what I've MISSED in my last 10 trips but will NOT miss when I go back this week.
You are da BOMB, kelly!:bounce: :bounce:

I have both the Universal and the Other Orlando books. I usually donate my travel books to the local library when I return from our trips, but I cannot part with these two. I can honestly say that we went to SeaWorld and Gatorland only because they sounded so neat in Kelly's book. I cribbed the night before Seaworld and got to see everything I had noted. And I would not have tried alligator meat if I hadn't gone to Gatorland. Mahalo Kelly! I do not often listen to others, but I am glad I trusted Kelly. Our vacation was soooo much better.

I've only read his latest guide on Universal and I loved it also...very detailed and personable, (which is not so easy to do with this type of text); good sound plausible structure, sprinkled with humor in the most unlikely places.:D :

IMO its the ONLY book that really gives the details you are looking for in a guide book about Universal and the others. :smooth: :bounce: :smooth: :bounce:

I was greatly relieved to finally find an in-depth book on USF and IOA. Great work!

Had to giggle.. Kelly is Definetley not a female.. I THOUGHT the same thing...
I cant wait to read all the other books, didnt realize that he had more than just those two out... I'll read the international traveling one eventually...
He does an awesome job, just the details, like counting all the exhibits in Splendid China, he notes I counted 46 and the brochure says 50... realize that patience that goes along with that. ... Counting every single thing.. riding attractions/rides repeatadly, so he could write a reveiw accurately.. and his comments were very funny as well.
