I was wondering if anyone has heard about any of the special events going on this year, like the haunted mansion ball & such. I'd really like to find out early this time b/c last time I found out about the HM ball, It was a day late!

Hi there --

Here's a link to the WDW site official 2003 events scheduled:
http://psc.disney.go.com/eventservices/

and you can use this database on the WDW to search for other special events:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/waltdisneyworld/parksandmore/parkevents/parkeventrootindex?id=ParkEventsRoot

And, if you want to see what went on during the 999 Happy Haunts Ball, check out this unofficial site:
http://www.houseofdisney.com/events/999/main.shtml

hope this helps!:D

JoNo,

I love the Food and Wine Festival. It really should not to be missed.

It is a great way to be able to sample all the foods of all the countries. My nieces loved eating there was around the world.
It introduced many new types of food to them. They even tried the escargot!!! They thought they were chewy but loved the sauce.

They have many special events with famous chefs and wine tastings, but make your reservations early.
One of times at the American Pavillion Samual Adams had an amazing beer tasting. I just should have waited for a later tasting time, I went at 11:00 am!! !:smooth:

Enjoy
