Having booked the flights a couple of weeks ago, we've now managed to book a New York hotel for 29 December to 1 January.
We'd looked at so many websites and read so many reviews, our heads were spinning. Amongst others we'd looked at W, The Carlyle (woah! major dosh), The Hudson, and Royalton. We'd finally narrowed it down to the Stanhope or the Regency and more or less decided it on the toss of a coin. The Regency it is!
We've also tried to book the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress for our first four nights in Orlando, but I'm getting a message that the rate isn't available. Too late at night to worry about it now - will have to sort it out tomorrow.
