View Full Version : We bought a garden cart, it's supposed to hold 1,000lbs...lol

So yesterday, my nieces, nephew and I, decided to try it out! :teeth:

Actually, we bought two of them, one to bring up to the cottage for hauling logs, rocks, kids, etc. around. It has a shelf you can add, and the sides and back drop down if you have a long load.

The kids had a great time going for rides around the yard...lol. :)

BTW - This has nothing to do with gardening, but the pink smocked dress that my little niece Susannah is wearing, used to be mine. My late Grandmother made it (and many others), for me when I was little. That dress is over 42 years old!! :)

What a GREAT picture!!!! thanks for posting it!

Love the dress, how special that it is still being worn and loved....I learned to hand smock when Norah was little...never kept it up though.

Now tell me more about that cart, please...I think if i had one of those, I'd get help with spring clean up.

Love the dress, how special.

One question? The garden cart look awesome. Did it come with a mule to pull the 1,000 pounds?

Very nice picture. What a very special dress. :)

I like the cart. Great idea for the sides to come down. Do you know where the wagon can be purchased? I know we don't have the same stores around but maybe someone carries where we could purchase it locally.

We purchased the carts at Costco, Cthia. :) I tend to get a little carried away when I go there...lol. :)

Mamu, I already have the mule, he took the picture. ;)

Kim - I just had to stop by and say what a great picture - and always off topic - I wore a little blue smocked dress on my first birthday and Kara wore that same dress on her first birthday
