I am so sorry to burst your bubble but that info is incorrect. In your documents it will state this. I wish they would do something about that misprint because many people have been mislead by it. Pixi dust

As the others have said, this is false...

That said, many have suggested that it would be appropriate for DVC to offer us discounts akin to the Florida resident rates...so far it hasn't happened. I would be one extremely happy DVC member if they did...but I'm not holding my breath.
