courtyard by marriott in WDW or Grosvenor resort in WDW?

Having returned from the Wrld in Febuary we're suffering withdrawal symptoms so are planning a 7 day return trip in October. Both the above look good in the brochure, but what are people's experiences? Has anyone done the character breakfast at the Grosvenor? If so, was it worth it?:earseek:

I have stayed in the Courtyard and it was fine, the room was very large. If there wasn't much difference in price I would try the Grosvenor as it is that bit nearer Downtown Disney.

We stayed at the Grosvenor a few years ago and we really liked it. Character breakfasts were great fun, no different to Disney loads of interaction with Goofy, Pluto and Chip and Dale when we were there. It's a nice area, free transportation to all Disney parks and a short walk to Downtown Disney.

There are great room rate on Dreams Unlimited for the courtyard - not sure if they stretch til october, but worth a look.

Yep just spotted that myself!

I quickly shuffled my other accomodation details around and am now booked in at the Courtyard for 5 nights all for $39 per night. bargain!

We stayed there over the Millennium and really enjoyed the location.
