I'm having a Hot Dog (without the bun) with melted cheese and Sugar Free jello.
Didn't really feel like packing my lunch this morning
(p.s. You always make me smile :) :) :) )
6 sesame crackers with 2 oz. brie cheese, 6 carrot sticks and a pear. YUM! That is my all time favorite lunch! Oh, and two huge glasses of water.
I am a total cheesaholic, so this really satisfies my need for cheese. :) And I like crunchy foods, so the crackers and carrots are great! ha ha!

I'm having breakfast for lunch! (Mini wheats, with stawberries and skim milk.) I got so busy this a.m. with paying bills and my workout, that I just had breakfast and a shower! I'll have a healthy snack before I hit the Y, and then a rather substantial dinner. (Not Omaha Steaks though!:( )
Keep the Faith!

Bad, glo! Bad, bad, bad! Sounds like you need to bring a few low carb bars to keep in your desk for days like this, so you won't have to skip lunch.
I had an antipasta salad with spring greens, Calamata olives, a few grape tomatoes, strips of red and green pepper, provolone cheese, salami and blue cheese vinaigrette dressing :)

I haven't decided yet...I ate a late breakfast, so I am not really hungry right now, but probably some Ham and Cheese Rollups with a dab of Mayo on them and some Sugar Free Jello later! :)
