Take the Hot N' Spicy pork skins, find some that are shaped in the form of a cup or flat, place them on a cookie sheet. Fill them with some cheddar cheese and a jalapeno' pepper and bake at 350 for about 5-10 minutes (watch for the cheese to melt).

I am going to HAVE to control myself and not read your snack threads!!!!!!! They sound AWESOME! Oh, and the shakes made with those syrups sound so yummy too!!!!!!! :)
