For keeping up the good work and supporting each other!
While I was gone, I've been sticking to my diet and exercise routine and now am seeing some results! I am down to 144.5 lbs:D
I bought a new scale at Target yesterday that is digital (yeah, no more squinting at those little lines;) and it also measures your body fat. I love it..... You program your height, weight, neck, waist and hip measurements into it, then it holds these in memory so all you have to go is enter start and get on the scale with slightly damp feet for a better reading. Right now my BF is 31%. It says for my age range it should be about 22%.
I think this will help me alot for those times when the scales show no weight change but the BF drops.... great motivation:D

Wish me good luck and much willpower, I am leaving tomorrow with DH for a 3 day Disney cruise:eek:
I am hoping to just maintain my weight this weekend!

You lucky ducky! Those Disney cruises are <b>magical</b>!

They will, however, feed you until you die. Good luck with that part but don't obsess over it too much. I want you to have as much fun as possible.

Cindy, the scale was $45 at Target. Not cheap, but worth it in my opinion!

That is not a bad price for a scale that can give you your body fat. I think that may be more accurate than a regular scale. No more trying to decide where the arrow falls on the scale.

I guess I will take a drive to Target (will be my first time in the store) and find this scale.
