I have been trying to find the carbohydrate content of vanilla extract. Kelsie, the link you posted says that double strength vanilla is <b>3 grams</b> per <i>teaspoon</i>? YIKES. I'm off to order sugar free vanilla syrup.

Okay, I need to plug this Netrition site that glo posted! LOL

Glo told me about this site on Wednesday Night (the 9th), so I ordered a bottle of the Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup and a bottle of the Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup to have ready to use when the times comes...I ordered them that same night...imagine my surprise when UPS showed up today with the bottles!!! I was shocked!!! Ordered the night of the 9th and I am talking 10:00 pm or so and arrive at my house on the 11th at 1:00 in the afternoon!! Talk about fast shipping!! I definitely love this company already!! :)

I LOVE fitday!!!!! It's awesome! I really like the reports feature. I love the pie charts and graphs. I compare my old eating habits with my new ones and it's amazing to see how things have changed. I really love the report that tracks my weight loss! It's one thing to see it on the scale and post about it, but it's really satisfying to pull up the report for pounds lost over "X" time and see the line bar move down! :)
