Have you ever had your (Orlando) National EC rental charged higher than booked?

I am seeing a pattern here that is worth checking out with a poll. A lot of people are complaining that when they returned their Emerald Club vehicle, they were charged more than what they had booked for. So the question is:

Have you ever been over-charged (i.e. charged more than what you booked the car for) when you returned an Orlando-rented National car when you used Emerald Club/Emerald Aisle?

(So if you did not use Emerald Aisle but did have this experience, we need a separate poll, since there is no place for you to vote here.)

I have rented from National 6 times in Orlando in the past 2 1/2 years. Once overcharged (last week - see my EA report), once undercharged and the rest were exactly right.

We belong to both Emerald Club and *********** (Alamo), both plans let you skip the counter. We always have the rate verified/confirmed and provide any coupons and supporting documents BEFORE we take the car. We don't any hassles or unpleasant surprises when we go to return it and we're in a rush to catch our flight home.

We were over charged when we rented from EA in Sacramento, CA last March. My husband returned the car because he left before I did. Well, he didn't know what the total was to be. Well, when I got home and found out I called National. They looked up our reservation on the computer and credited our charge card with no questions.
