View Full Version : Should there be something on my HRH confirmation about FOTL?

I made my ressies back in September (entertainment introductory rate-$117/night!!). I was just looking it over and it says nothing about FOTL. Does anyone that has ressies there have anything on their confirmation? What does it say?

I've stayed at Portofino 3 times and none of my confirmations had FOTL info on it.

I have confermation for 2 deluxe rooms from Oct.20 to Oct27 and there is nothing mentioned about front of line access. I wonder if it will be changed by then even though I was assured by 2 employess that it would not be. Guess theres nothing we can do but wait and see. <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

Just looked at my confirmation letter from HRH and it does not say anything about FOTL either. I thought that it was understood that with a room key from one of the hotels you would get this perk

How soon after you made reservations did you receive a confirmation? Did you book directly thru the Universal 800# or thru a package.

I honestly don't remember how long it took me to get my confirmation. I don't think it was that long, only because I don't remember worrying about it.

I booked through 1-888-UESCAPE. No package, because I have the entertainment book and intro. rate. I had figured that any package they would have offered would have been more than I am paying buying things seperately.

Of course, I'm not getting any of the perks they were offering-the mug and whatever else there was. I thought it was a much better deal the way I did it.
