When to buy tickets and how long does Discover Free Day program last?

I'm not sure when to buy our tickets for Universal for our trip in September. The hotel reservations are made, and we want to get the 2-day passes with the free 3rd day from Discover. Does this program end anytime soon? Should we wait to buy them or get them now?

I don't know the expiration date for the offer, but any unused days on a multiday ticket do not expire. Thus, if you get the tickets now, they still will be good until you use them.
