OK...I know that you're requested to wear a dinner Jacket at 1 sit down meal...do many disney cruisers follow this request? would dress pants and a Polo be enough? not looking to get bashed here by travelers who follow the policy to the T...just trying to get a feel for how many individuals actually wear jackets...just one extra item that I would have to bring along.
Thanks

If you don't want to wear a jacket I would recommend a button down collared shirt rather than a polo style. DH has worn just a dress shirt and he has worn a jacket.
Have fun.

DH has worn a suit in both Tritons & Palos.
We saw a lot of jackets, some suits, 1 tux, and a few who didnt follow the requests.

I think I'm one of those people who wants to be told that DH & our 2 grown sons will look just fine at Palo's with khakis, dress shirts with ties - no jacket. When DH & I did the other 2 3-day cruises, we saw guys w/o jackets at Palos - just wondering if things have changed on the 3-day dress code. (The thought of hauling 3 sportcoats across the country for one dinner just sounds silly!)

The 3 and 4 day cruises have a more relaxed dress code for the dining rooms. I do not see the need to haul 3 sport coats across the country.

Thanks for the input...if we were only doing the cruise I would pack the jacket...doing 6 additional days split betweed Disney and Universal Studios makes me not want to carry an extra peice of luggage....I'll wear the Dockers, nice Polo and a pair of dress shoes...plus I'll be with my beautiful wife and kids...no one will ever notice.
19 more days till the magic of Disney
