Disney Magazine - Recipe Address

I misplaced my Disney magazine but remember an article with a number/e-mail to contact if you would like a recipe. I would appreciate it if anyone has this information.

I'm looking for 2 recipes: Snapper with mango butter from Olivias and a shimp/penne pasta/boursin cheese receipt from the Yacht Club Galley Dinner menu from about 2 years ago.
