Formal night and Palo Question

I'm sure I've seen this asked before, but it's been awhile so I don't remember the answer. Is "formal night" formal at all the restaurants including Palo?

Yes. It is formal night in all of the restaurants.

Palo is more formal than the regular restaurants, so what you would wear to formal night at the three other restaurants could also be worn at Palo.

Is a long black gown too formal?

It is not too formal. Many of the men will be wearing tuxedos, and many will be in sport jackets or suits.
