to exercise after dinner? Anyone know if this ok to do, or is it one of those no no's? Today I have done nothing, but some crunches this morning and am thinking of doing the two Mile Walk Away the Pounds. Anyone know before I start?

I've exercised after dinner. If you get queasy stop exercising. I don't think it can hurt you.

I typically exercise after lunch and last year I exercised after dinner because that is when I could fit it in. I didn't have any issues with it.

I'm too late to respond, but what the heck!

Yes, it's perfectly ok to exercise after dinner. We usually eat first, rest for 10-15 minutes and then go out for our power walk. If you are going to work your abs, it might be a better idea to wait 30-45 minutes (just guessing!). And if you are going to do alot of bouncing up and down, then maybe wait 45-60 minutes. You don't want to have dinner twice! ;)

Hope it worked out for you, Glo!!! Love all the smiley faces in your posts as of late! :) :) :) :) :)

That is the time I usually exercise, it is when I can get it in. So I generally eat dinner about 6pm and then exercise at about 7pm - 8pm.

We eat dinner about 8 8:30 after our kids are put to bed and then we wait maybe 10 minutes and just talk and then we WATP girl! That's the only time we are able to really fit it in but we do get it in. EXception this week we are both still sick i'm starting back tonight i can half way breathe thru my nose again so if it stays the same i WILL get back on track tonight.
