I don't have my WW books with me here at work (I forgot them again :( ) and I need to know how badly I did at lunch. I know better than to order without looking at the points but I did it anyway.

How many points in a Chicken Melt sandwich and in 1/2 a small strawberry shake?

TIA..... :)

Ok Becca I could not find the points for the Chisken Melt but these are the melts I did find

Frisco melt- 23 points
Patty melt- 17 points
Ham N Swiss Melt- 13 points

16 ounce strawberry shake- 7 points

Hope this helps!!!

:( Not good for me. :(

Well I guess I will just need to be VERY good for dinner. I have not planned ahead so I don't know what I am going to do. I didn't have breakfast so if I take the high number of 23 for the sandwich and the 3.5 for the shake that gives me 26.5 total for the day.

Although on the plus side that 1/2 shake was pretty darn good and for only 3.5 points I could deal with it when I need a treat. :)

The chicken was grilled. It had a few slices of bacon (I should have taken them off), tomato and a tangy sauce. I bet the sauce is what pushes the points up so high.

OK Becka I did some more checking for you. The first figures I got from Health discovery zone. This next set I got form Dotti's weight loss zone.

Strawberry shake - 15.5

They had no melt's listed but Denny's Chicken Melt is 12.5 so that may be comparable!! Not sure about the shake thing though!!!

Don't fret, Becka!!! It was only one meal on one day. :) And I bet it was tasty too!!! Get right back on track today and you'll be fine! :)

I think 3.5 for a half a strawberry shake sounds too good to be true. Maybe for 1/4 of a strawberry shake? ;)
