I sure did until someone at Curves told me:
That's not sweat - That's fat cells crying for MERCY!
It changed my attitude toward exercise. So if you see me smiling at Curves, you'll know exactly what I am thinking!

I like to sweat too, John! It makes me feel good, like I'm really accomplishing something for all the torture exercise puts me through! :teeth:
However, I do hate it when I work out on my lunch break since I don't have time to shower (just change clothes) before heading back to work. I hate that feeling of dried sweat on my body. Ewww!

CarolMN, I like that! Fat cells crying for mercy. I need to print that off and tape it to my elliptical machine.
Fat cells crying for mercy - that is a good one!!!!!!! :) :) :) :)
I love to sweat when I am working out. I HATE to sweat when I am at WDW!!! ;) Nothing like taking a shower, getting dressed, riding in an air conditioned car to go to a nice meal at EPCOT and then sweat, sweat, sweat through the park. ;)
DH, my sister and I walked throughout the winter months to try to keep up with our exercise. We all agreed that it didn't feel the same if we came home cold and dry! I guess you get used to the really hot, sticky, Florida summers. We are all sweating fools by the time we hit 1/4 mile! ;) Psychologically it feels like we are getting a better workout if we are drenched by the end.
