I need Maroon Paper and I can't seem to find it on the Internet or in the stores. Any ideas, suggestions?

From someone who obviously has a lot to learn . . .

What is maroon paper? I assume you don't just mean the color "maroon," right?

Pat

250 days and counting . . . again!

Yes, I actually mean just Maroon colored paper. I need it to scrapbook some high school pages. Maroon & White were my school's colors. I can't seem to find actual Maroon colored paper.

Take a look at Bazill cardstock, it comes in 250 colours, so I would have thought one of them would be appropriate.

I buy mine in the UK, but I've found it online here (http://scrapnsave.safeshopper.com/38/cat38.htm?750) and you can see all the various Maroon shades.
I have to add, that I don't know this store at all, so can't really recommend it.

I think 2 peas stock Bazill as well, and probably lots of other places too.

I'm sure Bazzill papers would be in maroon but it is really hard to tell over the internet. I used these papers to complete my wedding album. Originally, I picked a purple for my main background color but discovered when looking in person that my wedding colors matched the pink set more. So, if there is way you can see them in person first that would help. They have a swatch you can buy if you want but it is pricey. Here is the link and I am not sure if this swatch includes the 2003 new colors so, I'd e-mail them first.

Here's a link to the the colors sold by packs:

Here's another link of the colors sold individually:

It is beautiful paper in my opinion. Good luck on your search.

snap!

I have the swatch, so I could take a look tonight and see what looks Maroon to me, but with colors it's such a subjective thing that you may be best ordering a single sheet of a couple of colors to see which you like best.

I know this is OT, but where did you go to school Kurry? My colors were maroon and white also. I went to Mott High in Warren, MI.

Maroon is not to common a color, so I thought maybe we were from the same school.
