portable video question?

Has any one used the portable video cassette players that strap to the back of the front car seats. They come with a 4" screen in a bag.

I am considering purchasing one for the drive to/from WDW. I have a combo 9" AC/DC tv/vcr but do not want to use that since it would not be anchored down.

Haven't used one myself, but we've been looking at them since we were going to drive to WDW. Just saw them in our local Toys R US flyer for $299.99 and it came with four movies. Even though we are taking the train down, we may buy one anyways because it will be a great thing to have on long drives.

We have one of the older style for van's that we brought 2 years ago. It is a 9 inch. It fit so snugly in our Toyata sienna that we never permanently secured it. It has been wonderful for long trips, or even 2 hour ones - just stick a tape in make them put on their headphones and we can actually have a conversation in the front while they watch! It was worth the money to us - no complaints even when we did 12 hour days - of course I must admit my kids got used to long trips early and they never have to much problems.
