? Smoking at HRH

No smoking is allowed at PBH. What are the rules at HRH? We are all non smokers, sister and I allergic to smoke. We plan on staying at PBH but will have best friend's two 20 something year old daughters with us. They want to stay at HRH. Does HRH have non smoking rooms? We just got back from Disney and planning on going to Universal next spring but must have non smoking rooms.

You can request a non-smoking room, but it is not guaranteed. However, I always request a non-smoking room and get it 99% of the time.

We had a non-smoking room at the HRH, there were a lot of people smoking by the pool :(. The Velvet bar was also very smokey when we went in there.
I really can't understand why they can't guarantee a non-smoking room, they know how many rooms they have & how many people request non-smoking so what's the problem? I don't think I could sleep in a room that smelled like smoke.
