US/IOA ticket questions...

If I bought my 2-day passes (with the 3rd day free from Discover) today, they would still be good to use this coming September, right? I know you have to use the 3rd free day within 30 days of the other ones, but I assume you can use the other ones at any time. We will be there in September, but I would like to get all the things out of the way and paid for as soon as possible.

Yes, unused days on a multiday pass never expire.
