Will I have enough points for a cruise

I am new at this banking/borrowing thing. We are looking to go on a Oct 2002 cruise on points and need to know if I will have enough. I know that I can pay cash for a passenger if necessary but I would rather use points. Ok here it goes...

August use year.
After our Nov 2001 vacation I will have 107 points left in 2001 (I will bank to 2002). I will get 150 in Aug 2002 and I can borrow 150 from Aug 2003??? if my calculator works, that should give me 407 points. I believe I was quoted approx 390 points for a cat 7 cabin.

Does my math work? if so then that means that I will not get any more points until Aug 2004. (correct?)

Your reasoning all seems right to me. We are planning to do a cruise in summer 2003 using the same type of plan you outlined!

Remember that in 2003 you will be able to borrow your 2004 points so you won't lose out on a vacation in that year either ( and so on and so on......).:D
