mowed the grass for the first time this year. It was long and I am really out of shape! I can't believe how tired I am. DH is out with the line trimmer finishing the edges and is going to blow all the left over leaves out of the garden beds. I'm going to try and weed as much as I can with my youngest running around. Should be able to make a dent in it. I also started another flat of veggies. I'm feeling very productive today:D .

WOW!!! YOU have been BUSY!! :earseek:

I did quite a bit outside myself this morning before the overcast clouds started moving in again. Did not do anything in the garden - but I filled the horses stock tanks, dragged the arena and round corral and rode 1 horse, and helped my daughter to work two others.

Hopefully the weather will continue to hold for us and we can get more accomplished outside. Next weekend, I am hoping to do some clean up in the main garden.

Dilemna...DS just fell asleep sitting next to me. Do I sneak outside and pull weeds or take a nap with him?

Oh yah, next weekend I will be sitting on a beach somewhere on Maui :cool: Heeheehee!

I love the smell of fresh cut grass. I could see a little bit of ours today....lol....the piles of snow are starting to melt. :)

Weeding won over nap! But I did get most of the beds cleaned out. Now I am VERY tired and off to bed.

I hope you are planning to take some pictures in Hawaii to share with your Flower and Garden buds! And be prepared to answer some questions for those of us wanting to head to Hawaii one day! :)

I hope the lawn doesn't grow too much while you are away!

I hope it doesn't grow too much either. Mowing is a good workout so if it does I can work off all the Mai Tai's. I will definitely take pictures to post here. I'm probably going to need some guidance on how to post them though.
