View Full Version : DS invited to Town Hall meeting with Jimmy Carter

My son is very active in Junior Statesmen of America. Last summer he was one of 50 students invited to a leadership conference outside San Francisco and he is currently running unopposed for Governor of the State of Texas.

Today he received an invite to go to a town meeting just for JSA kids with Jimmy Carter in Atlanta. My DW and I are both volunteering to go with him and see if we can sneak in for the meeting.

Jimmy Carter is a wonderful humanitarian... he actually got a HOPE Unity award from the charitable organization I work with.

Mr. Carter was wonderful to alll, and actually came to a worship service I attended. .. he was very kind.
