March or August more crowded?

When are the parks more crowded - 2nd week of March or 1st week of August? I know that during August we would have to deal with the heat - but we are from Houston and the climates are basically the same. It is the crowds that are difficult to deal with. We will be staying onsite, so we will have FOTL. What do yall suggest?

The first two weeks of August and the last two weeks of March have big crowds.
