Banking Points Confirmation

A quick question....

Last week I called MS to bank my pointsand was given a confirmation number. Will I receive a written confirmation from MS???

I've only banked once. I did not get any written confirmation, only the number over the phone.

No you will not receive anything further. Whenever you bank or borrow be sure to write down the date, the number they give you and the number of points that you banked (you might also note who you spoke to but that's not essential). Think of it like making a deposit in your savings account....you'd keep a record of that as well.

Thanks for your quick response ... just wanted to make sure I knew what the process was and whether I should be concerned that I hadn't received a written confirmation. Counting down to BWV in 2002!!

I like to bank my points on line and ask MS to confirm that they got my email and that they confirm back with me with a banking confirmation #. That way I have a hard copy for my files as well.
