Bowling for Soup will be on Jimmy Kimmel live tonight. Now we can see what all the hype is about....

Heh, yes they did. My sister had to work, so she had me tape the show for them.

Oh it was kinda funny because the night after the Grammys Jimmy was making fun of this guy calling him a large mini-me...turns out the guy was Chris, in the band. Jimmy apoligized, though they had a nice little message for Joan Rivers, lol.

They did a great job. I went over to the Jimmy Kimmel BB & a couple people were like "hey these guys kinda rock!". :teeth:

They played Girl All The Bad Guys Want & Summer of '69. Anyone else see 'em?



Now I have to watch The Ataris on Conan on the 14th. Their CD came out on the 4th & I bought it that day. Great stuff & I guess they're getting their video played on MTV. Man, first the Donnas, now the Ataris...soon none of my bands will be small enough to where I can hang out with them after their shows. :( Oh well. :)

Heh, oh yeah. The video is hilarious. They were having a CD release party for Let's Do It For Johnny & I got in for $2. My sig pic is from their old site & apparently they still have them connected to the site, so that's cool.

When they released Drunk Enough To Dance they played a free show & hung around to sing autographs.

They play shows here in Dallas (I try to see them any chance I get since it's always worth the price of admission) all the time & it seems like they're big in Texas & the UK, but no one else has really heard of them, lol. :teeth:

So where do you go to karoake? It seems like the few places I've seen suck unless you like country or sappy love songs. :(

Jeff:I hit 2 different bars,depnding on the night and where the most action is.Thank goodness coll music is on the playlist(my recent artists:Michelle Branch,Nicole Kidman(Moulin Rouge),Madonna,Korn,Linkin Park,Enimen,Boomkat,Kylie Mingoue and too many others)

I just downloaded some stuff from Bowling FS, and love it. Thanks for the recommendy. I have a 15yo son who will love them as well. It's alot like the stuff he listens to.
