I only have 2 days at Islands of Adventure and I will make reservations for Confisco's character lunch and a lunch at Mythos.

What other restaurants are must see, meaning great theming and/or views ?

The Thunder Falls Terrace has a great view of the ending of the JP River Adventure.

They have BBQ chicken, as does the Enchanted Oak Tavern, across from Dueling Dragons. It's basically a large oak tree, very cool inside, and they have a full bar on the side as well.
