I realize that it is truly possible to continue living without eating McDonalds every day!:teeth:

I seriously was eating McDonalds between 5-7 days a week.:( :( :( Last week I decided that I could eat anything off the meal menu every Thursday for lunch. And the rest of the week I was going to have to wait. I actually made it! And surprisingly it wasn't that hard.

So, I am enjoying this food, guilt free.

AND guess what????? I lost 5# this week! for a total loss of 7.5#!!! Ya think that had ANYTHING to do with my McDonald's issues?  :D :D :D :D :D

That is such wonderful news PrincessVija!!!

After almost 30 years of beinging a Fast Food Junkie, there is very little about fast food that appeals to me anymore. Just nothing sounds good. :(

And it is not as if I am a NOT a junk food junkie, it is just that I don't care for the fast food versions too much anymore.

But you are so right about being able to enjoy things that you love in MODERATION. I think that that is one of the very best things about the WW points system. :)

Keep up the GREAT work! :)

I think knowing that you can have that treat is a big help. I am hopelessly addicted to Starbucks Frappacinos. I have cut them down from nearly daily to once or twice a week. And boy do I enjoy them when I have one.

OMG Starbucks mocha frappacino's...npw there is my addiction, and I have not had one in well over a month and a half. I promised myself I could get a grande the day I get my 15 pound clippe. Guilt free too :) Wanna join me christa?

DH ate at Taco Bell last weekend, I sat and read a book. Since we weren't going home, I had him stop to pick me up a yogurt and granola bar for lunch. I rarely ate out even before I seen a nutritionist.

Good for you!!!!! :D Its amazing when you look at the nutrition on fast food how bad most of it is.

I almost didn't click on this post because I knew it would make me want a Big Mac!

Do you have super will power or what? I think it's clever that you figured out a way to keep a Big Mac in your life! :) I remember eating them all the time when I was about 18 or 19. I was dating this cute guy and he said to me one day, "If you keep eating those Big Macs you're going to look like a Big Mac." We broke up shortly after and I did gain some weight for a while... ;)

Congrats on your 7.5 pound loss!!!!
