The Adventurer's Club has some yummy exotic fruit drinks. I love the Kungaloosh and the other one was a Tropical Rain Forest (I think - it's been a while.)

I agree on the Kungaloosh at AC, I also had a frozen drink called "hurricane" (I think) at the Jazz club that was yummy.
I don't think the next two are frozen but at the comedy club I loved "The heckler" and "the punchline" (I know...straying from your question, but I'm telling you these were good)
You can also get a GREAT frozen margarita outside of the Mexican pavillion at Epcot.

ESPN had excellent mudslides. I do like the ones you get at the resort bars, but the one at ESPN tasted creamy, like it was made with real icecream. It was a great dessert!

Try the Tambu Lounge at the Poly, we had quite a few great drinks here (mostly frozen) before dinner at 'Ohanas

Several years ago we had somekind of special Pina Colada at the pool bar at the Contempoary, we closed the pool a few nights. Some of the best frozen drinks at WDW are found at the pool bars. After the first one you forget what they cost.

The pool bar by the new pool at the GF had a really good pina colada as well as the pool bar at the Contemporary. The Banana Cabana at the CBR is great, it has good frozen drinks and some really good mixed drinks. :smooth:

Cape May Colada at the Cap May restaurant. Our fave drink on property. 'Ohanas has a few, altho they are often prettier than they are tasty. For non-alcoholic, the fluffernutter shake at 50s Prime Time is great, as is the Banana Chocolata at the Concourse Steakhouse.
