Is there a saying or quote that inspires you when you are tired of exercising/grazing??

I ran across this the other day and I thought wow that's true!

"Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those who dared believe that something inside of them was superior to circumstance!" - Bruce Barton

Anyone else have an inspiration or two?

Very wise words from my DD!

"Mommy, what happened to that box of donuts you bought yesterday"

:o ;)

There have been two that have inspired me over the last couple of weeks. One is from another WISHer.

"I am not there yet, but closer than I was yesterday."

"If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it."

I have both of these quotes written in the front of my food journal.

I got a "Life's Little Instruction Calendar" this year ... here are some so far -

Be bold when designing your dreams - humble after achieving them.

Remember that something incredibly wonderful is always possible.

Don't let the approval of others determine your belief in yourself.

Remember that there are few things in life that won't get better if you but work at them a little harder.

Remember that everyone has hopes and secrets.

Feel immediately richer by decreasing your wants.

Discipline yourself to be comfortable and content with simple things.

"If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got."

"Nothing tastes as good as thin feels."

I have to keep reminding myself about this one! HAHA

There are some great inspirations here! I'll be adding these to my success journal! Thanks!

Kelsie we could substitute "bag of M&M's" at my house!

CDoobee I agree whole heartedly absolutely NOTHING tastes as good as thin feels! Not even M&M's

I read these last night in the new Shape magazine, and I LOVE them.

In fitness, it's the small, measurable steps that matter.

Each accomplishment moves you closer to your goal, so stay focused on every last one.
