Fast pass ??

I know all about Fast Pass but this one has me stumped. My DH's boss just returned from WDW and he had (3 day I am assuming) hopper passes. He tried multiple times to obtained Fast passes and was denied. Does anyone know why this would be?

Must have been a system glitch..

Did he succeed in getting any fast passes?

What error message appeared on the piece of paper (if any) that came out of the fast pass machine?

Should have asked the CM on duty in the fast pass machine area or nearby, and stopped by guest relations at the earliest opportunity.

For hopper passes more than about 8 years old and that don't fit in the fast pass machines, ask the CM nearby for a fast pass and/or convert the pass (no extra charge) to one that does fit. (and ask for the old pass, stamped void, back as a souvenir)

Did he fill out the ID-10-T form before attempting to get the fastpass?

Thank you both for your replies. The fast passes were brand new. I am not sure yet of the error message I will have to ask DH when he gets home. I know they tried multiple times.

My mind isn't with me lately as I have an infant now but what is the ID 10 T form. I have no clue what you are talking about??

If your ticket doesnt work in the FASTPASS machine, then I'd find the nearest CM and rectify the situation. Probably a stupid little error or something.

yeah that prob. is it. He said that it just kept saying that it was invalid. They are kind of new to Disney so they thought maybe they didn't have the right tickets.
