Been sporting this WISH clip art for over a week now, but have not done ANYTHING else. :o
But I am ready to start today. I don't have a clear plan in mind, but no matter WHAT I do, it will be healthier than the way I have been eating the past few months. :rolleyes:

Thank you Everyone for the good wishes. It's been a day and a half and I am off to a good start. Oh if it could only be as easy as it is the first day and weeks. :(
I am trying to eat more protien and less carbs. Not nearly as strictly as Atkins, but with a little less carbs, a little more protein, I am hoping for the best.
