Has anyone ever used Payless Transportation?????? I'll be heading off to Disney next week, and have them booked for my town car reservation. Has anyone ever used them? And if so, what was your experience like?

they charged my visa $5 more than they quoted. they were suppose to pick us up at 9:00 am, didn't show up until 9:35 and that was after I called them twice to come and pick us up. I ordered a nice towncar and got an old, filthy dirty van. when I asked where was the towncar that I ordered the driver said "this is what they sent me with",no apologies. I've tried to call the manager 4 times and I'm told "he's not here, I can leave him a message and he will call you back". Still haven't been called back and I've been told that there is no one above him that I can talk to. MEARS AND FL TOURS are excellent, on time and you get what you reserved.
If anybody knows who owns Payless Tranportation, please let me know. thanks

Yes. We've used them several times over the last 6 years. They remember us from year to year. No problems. Some of the cars are a bit older, but the service was great. For our first trip, they even went out and purchased a car seat for my then 2.5 yo dd. (I know, cause they took it out of the box, new.) No problems with pricing, always exactly what they quoted.:wizard:

We have used them numerous times for WDW, Universal, and DCL. They are actually the only towncar service we have used in Orlando. My sister and her family have also used them. We have never had anything but wonderful service. They are always waiting on us in the airport before we arrive. We usually book a towncar (we only have a family of 3) and sometimes are pleasantly surprised with their limo service for no additional cost. We often recommend them to friends that fly into Orlando. You can get a great rate for reliable and friendly service.
