In the material that came with the ballot the board recommends a vote against proposal 3. However on the ballot they recommend a vote for.

Was this a mistake or a slight of hand???

Within Item #4 on the proxy statement (and ballot card), the board recommends voting against 4 proposals within that item. I believe you're looking at Item#3 on the ballot card which corresponds to Item #3 (page 25) of the proxy statement and shows on page 28 that the board recommends a vote for Item #3. It's confusing to read.
