Expedia Booking and Loew's Card

Hello - I hope you can help with what (I think !?) is a simple query. I have booked the Hard Rock Hotel at Easter through Expedia but was wondering if I could still get Loew's card benefits with it?

Yes, you can present the card at check in or call the hotel directly and add it to your ressies.

Last November I booked my room at the RPR thru expedia. At check in I presented my loew's card and got my benefits without problem.

They may still be allowing the benefits. I was told when we stayed at the Portofino last October, that pretty soon the only way to get the benefits would be to book through Loews directly.
