Has anyone had trouble with points being credited to your account? I ordered from Tupperware through My Points about a month ago. I have since received my order and paid my credit card bill and still have not received my 800 points advertised. Is there anyway to contact them to ask about this? My points are not even listed as pending on my account summary.

In my experience Tupperwear has always credited overnight. You have to click on the MYpoints icon at the end of your order. To contact them email membercare@mypoints.com
They have been very good about fixing missed points, but it takes a while

I had to e-mail MyPoints about my Tupperware points not being credited. They mailed me back on Feb. 15 and said to give it five business days for the points to post. It's been more than five business days so I e-mailed them back this morning and I'm waiting to hear back from them again.

I had the same problem with Tupperware, Columbia House and the Fox store. I received everything I ordered and no points! After several emails to my points which were all answered by different people with different answers and I sent copies of confirmations, I finally called their 800 number. I found it here on this site in a post near the top. I was given the 1000 from Columbia House overnight and I was assured that I would get the other 1800 within 3 days. Day two and counting. I suggest you try calling. Good luck.
