OK... we have discovered another issue that could explain the problems certain users are having...... if you could once again report back as soon as possible that would be excellent!

We are 95% sure we have found the problem. It will take several days to clear it all up but things should revert to normal gradually

I was having a problem for a couple of weeks but then I caught a blurb on another web page about AOL users having problems. They suggested that AOL users download Internet Explorer to browse with and that totally cleared up my problem. I was so glad to be able to get back on this site. It's where I spend about 70 o/o of my time online.

I'm glad you're back too. IE works better for DIS chat, too :)
