Which restaurant would you choose to dine with Eeyore? 1900 Park Fare or ...

Crystal Palace?

I want to take my mother to dine with Eeyore, her favorite Disney character, but I've never eaten at either place before and don't know which would be best. Any suggestions? :)

We love CP at breakfast, especially before official park opening!

I think the 1900 breakfast buffet is superior to others, and of course you get Eeyore.

We ate at both over our NYE trip and the morning we were at 1900 Park Fare Eeyore was not there. We had Mary Poppins, Bert, Alice in Wonderland, Pooh, and Piglet. Not sure if this is normal (I know the Mad Hatter was supposed to be there too but we overheard the hostess tell the manager that he called in sick), or if has changed since Jan. 4, but it might be something you'd like to be aware of since you was Eeyore specifically. He was at Crystal Palace both days we went for breakfast, 12/28, and 1/2.

Eeyore wasn't at 1900 Park Fare when we were there last June either.(He's my favorite too!) It was Mary, Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh and Tigger.

Crystal Palace is our favorite character breakfast! The characters are always great & so is the food. Tigger, Pooh, Eeyore & Piglet are always guaranteed to be at the CP. We ate dinner at 1900 PF while the Pooh characters were still there, and althought we enjoyed the characters, we didn't like the food as much as the other character meals we had already done on our trip.

Crystal Palace is a do not miss for us every trip!

We had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare on the 24th of January (the day it was freezing) and Eeyore was not there. We had a nice breakfast at CP last July. I would try to make a ps for one of the first seatings. It's much more relaxing then:D

Thank you everyone. I can't decide if we'll try for an early, early breakfast or an early lunch. I think we're leaning towards a first seating at lunch on an EE day. That would be 11:30am, probably a good time to take a break on an EE day. LOL! I think I just made my decision while I was typing this and thinking things through. LOL!

If you want to be totally assured that Eeyore will be there, you will NEED to go to the Crystal Palace.

Let it be said now, though that although I am a TOTAL Eeyore freak (can't you tell by my screen name?) that I would still choose 1900 Park Faire. The food there is WONDERFUL, the service is "Tiggerific" and the characters are great, no matter which ones happen to be there on what days. When we went, it was Mary, Bert, Alice, Pooh and Tigger. I was a bit disappointed, but soon got over it! After it we were done, we hopped on the monorail and I tracked down Eeyore in the MK to get my daily dose!

Here's another for Crystal Palace!! It is our favorite character meal of all time... actually, probably our favorite meal at WDW period. The food is great, atmosphere is beautiful and the character interaction is the best we've seen.
