Is the HRH a Loew's hotel and if so if you are a Loew's member are you able to get space available upgrades? I dont't think the HRH is part of that chain.

Yes, the HRH is part of the Loew's chain. All the Loew's benefits are available at both HRH and Portofino.

yes they both are and so will be the royal pacific resort in 2002!
