cabana question

In regard to renting a cabana, when you have rented one in particular, do you have to see someone to set yourself up in the morning? How does that work? Do you show someone your room key to show that you have that cabana? Have not seen this addressed here.

We rented one at the HRH. It was ready for us in the morning they put up a sign that has your name on it. We got the cabana # we requested and also they brought us out a crib so the baby could nap. Very nice.

We rented one at HRH during our RP stay - went right to the HRH fitness center to check in and pay (from 3-11PM)- the people in front of us were staying at HRH and gave their room key to pay. Then we just walked out to the cabana and a little placard with our name was on the table along with fruit bowl and clean towels.

Nice to know about the crib - next trip we'll have an infant along.
