I have reservations all made for a campsite. Now I need to add two teenagers to our party(they will only be with us for half of our stay). I wasn't sure if they could make it or which days they would be there when I made reses. Is this going to be a hastle? Will I have to cancel and make new reses? I had to do that last year when we got DC discounts.

If they're under 18, it should be really easy since Disney never charges for kids anyway. You could probably do it when you check in since you'll know exactly when they'll be there, but you could do it earlier for peace of mind.
I have to add an additional adult to my ressie, and I know that's going to end up costing more since there is an additional charge for more than 2 adults at a site. I'm just waiting to see if she actually shells out the money for the airplane and the park ticket before I go through the hassle.

You can easily add people when you check in. We have done this before--I think most campers are more flexible about who comes along. We usually make reservations for the 'regulars' and add the others when they actually get to go.

The computers won't allow you to add folks to the room/campsite if you are on an AP or Disney Club discount. You may not be able to add them if your on one of the "code" discounts either because that is referred to on the confirmation as a "package".
