WE have one day to spend at either IOA or Universal Studio. Which should we choose? Help Please!

It really depends on what type of rides and shows you
prefer.
But for me and my family - nothing beats IOA! :D

Please tell us what kinds of rides you like...do you have kids...what age...any fears ? That will make our suggestions better.

Buy thye two day ticket, second day good forever, you could go back some other time. It will allow you to hop for your one day. Also if you buy two day with discover
the third day is free, I know this is more than you have time, but free day shouldn't be taken lightly, for five of us to go to Disney for the third day would have been $250, so we took the free day and skipped disney this year. If you stay onsite you can get FOTL priviledges, one night would get you two days FOTL, just some thoughts..

If you have younger children I would say Universal, with older kids or no kids I would say IOA!

Our experience was the opposite of the last post.

we have a soon to be 5 year old and a 19 month old and when we went in December (4 year old and 14 month old) we/they much preferred IOA.

Now maybe it's because my 4 year old loves the Grinch and Dr. Suess Land was made into Whoville but that is where we spent most of our time.
