Portofino and Hard Rock resort rates for 2002

Does anyone know when the rates for 2002
will be out and reservations can be made for
the Portofino Bay and Hard Rock resorts at
Universal Escape ?

The Universal people said sometime in June
but it seems to me they should take reservations
for 2002 earlier as Disney does and just not guarantee the rate until the 2002 rates come out.

Any information would be appreciated.

Its likely going to be the summer. While on some Disney reservations you can do advance bookings and the rate is not confirmed, their package bookings can't be made until the summer either. I wouldn't expect pricing to be available for 2002 until May or June. I'm sure the folks at Universal reservations are not trying to mislead.
