I found my son one, who is 8, at the coleman outlet. It's made by coleman and it's a child's fanny pack with a waterbottle attached to the side. It fits him great! And he says that it's really comfy and fits well. It was around $12 and I also saw them at target.

Good Luck in your search!

We recently got our older girls (10 and 8) great fanny packs from LLBean - They are a little bigger than a regular fanny pack (9x11??), but not as big as a back pack and can be carried in three different ways: as a fanny pack, by a long over the shoulder strap, or by a short hand-held-type handle. There is a little bungy corded pocket on the outside with a water bottle. Plenty of room for an autograph book, snack, wallet, etc. and lots of pockets inside. On sale now for $21.

I saw the above mentioned Coleman fanny packs at Target. I think they were around $10.00.

We recently used the Coleman Kid's pack with the waterbottle purchased at Target. 11 yo DGS loved it and later took it on a class field trip.
