Price increase?

We just returned from 4 nights at AKL - our first Disney trip. I'm now hooked on Disney. Anyway, we're considering DVC. I've read on this board about an upcoming price increase on the points. Can anyone give me more detail - when and how much? Thanks.

the point cost currently from Disney is 72.00 per pt. It is going up to 75.00 per pt. Resales are different prices and negotiable.

The increase to $75 will be on June 3.

hi: our letter from dvd said june 3 would be the effective date of the price increase. i think, and you should double-check this with your guide, that as long as your deposit is placed prior to june 3, you will be locked in at the existing price.
