I always make it a point to eat at Burger Digs in Jurassic Park. This counter service IS JP and has a/c!

Agree with Burger Digs for quick lunch, and it's good stuff too. Especially on balcony overlooking the water.
Have always overlooked Thunder Falls Terrace 'cause it just looks like you'll be there a long time. BUT....so many have posted how good it is, making it a priority this coming week-end!
Oh, at USF, avoid Intl. Food Bazaar. Monster Cafe gets good posts here. Gotta try that one ourselves also!

i would say that i love the oak tavern or green eggs and ham. even if you don't have lunch at ge&h you really should stop there about 3 or 4 in the after noon and have a nice snack. i can't get enough of those stupid green eggs.

We liked the Thundering Fall Terrace. Great food and prices. Great terrace overlooking the end of the Jurassic Park Ride.
Food is similar at Enchanted Oak but (imho) not as good, but way cool interior. And if you eat at EO but are in the mood for fresh fruit too, there's a stand almost across the path that sells fruit cups for $4.00,excellent. I purchased one plus a large water and dh and I shared all sitting in EO.
My dh and I also liked the breakfast sandwhiches at Green Eggs and Ham, but we were really hungry too!
At Universal, none were very good but I wouldn't return to the Monster Cafe. It was SLLLLooooow and yucky!

I thought it was a huge loss when they replaced Studio Stars with Monster Cafe.
Studio Stars was a sit-down restaurant, modeled on the old time studio cafeterias and it had a dynamite, all-you-can-eat lunch buffet.
Bring it back!!!

One thing I had looked forward to for our upcoming trip is going to STUDIO STARS for lunch buffet. We were there 4 years ago and I STILL remember how GREAT it was. Excellent food and VERY reasonable price. Boy was I disappointed that it is gone. boo hoo hoo M

Burger Digs in Jurassic Park was excellent for both burgers and chicken fingers. There fries were great too, as was the price. Last visit however, they quit including fries with the lunches. $9 for a small coke and 4 chicken fingers is kind of expensive.

Burger Digs is scalping now , huh? Ouch!
That was one of my faves too.
I'd picket 'em if I didn't have to ride so many rides when I'm there. Back to stuffing Whopper Combos in a locker!
